Privacy Policy

When you submit an inquiry form or browse the site, we may process:

• Identity and contact data you provide: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number.
• Inquiry details: your message, area of interest, budget range and the plot you viewed.
• Technical data collected automatically: IP address, page URL, language/locale and basic browser information.
• Marketing attribution: campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and ad-click identifiers (gclid, fbclid).

We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry, send you the requested information about the plots, understand which marketing channels bring genuine interest, and protect the forms against spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

We rely on different legal bases for different purposes: responding to your inquiry and protecting the forms against abuse rest on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); loading advertising and conversion cookies rests on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time.

We rely on the following service providers (data processors), which may store data outside your country, including in the United States. Transfers to the United States rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) included in each provider's data-processing agreement:

• Supabase — secure database hosting for your inquiry.
• Resend — delivery of email notifications about your inquiry to our team.
• Vercel — website hosting and cookieless traffic analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights).
• Cloudflare Turnstile — anti-bot protection on the forms.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google — advertising and conversion-measurement pixels, loaded only if you accept marketing cookies.

Essential functions and cookieless analytics (Vercel) run by default and do not identify you personally. Marketing and conversion pixels from Meta and Google are loaded only after you give consent in the cookie banner, and you can decline them without losing access to the site.

We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us. If no transaction results, the data is deleted at that point; where a transaction occurs, records are kept only as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the GDPR for EU/EEA residents), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
